Ashley Harte is a large format photographer living and working in Portland, Oregon. Harte was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and moved to New York City in 2009 where she began her photographic career. She graduated with honors from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan and went on to work various jobs in the photography and film industry. After moving to Portland, Oregon in 2018, Ashley switched gears to pursue a career in marketing and brand management. She still creates photographic work when she is out exploring all the west has to offer, and occasionally still works as an assistant, photo retoucher, and archivist.
